Abstract

The quadrotor is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with four rotors, able to carry out a multitude of missions. This paper consists of establishing nonlinear laws of command to control the movement of this engine. Firstly a dynamic model, taking care of the all the phenomenon which govern the movement of the helicopter, has been developed. Secondly two approaches of control one classic, the other uses the backstepping. Thereafter, a new strategy has been proposed to improve the performance of control. The control law of this technique is developed using backstepping based on the PID. The results of simulation show the performance of this command.
